So, in Mac OS X, you can set in <strong>System preferences</strong> > <strong>International</strong> > <strong>Language</strong>. On Windows XP, you can set in <strong>Control Panel</strong> > <strong>Regional and Language Options</strong> > select your language from the drop down in <strong>Regional Options</strong> tab.
