Last week, SuraVara released a new Telugu Unicode font called Swarna. Here is a sample of the font:

You can download Swarna font for free from Kinige.

Though this font does not seem to have much artistic and aesthetic appeal, it can fulfill the need for variety and, in smaller sizes, can be used as text font.

It is nice to see new Unicode fonts coming up.
