As the awareness that people can now see and type Telugu on their computers and on the web generally increases, the Telugu content on the web keeps growing. A part of the Telugu content lives on the social networking sites. Here are some of the Telugu social networking sites that I came across. The specialty of these sites is that they are not only for Telugu people, but also they are in Telugu.
- Telugu Ratna: A friendly knowledge-sharing community
- There are some Telugu networks on Ning. Couple of them:
- Logili: Global Telugu Family
- Prakshalana: Fight against corruption
- There are many Telugu communities in Orkut, too.
- Atu Itu
- Kuvakuvalu: A Telugu micro-blogging service
- Telugu.org.in (not fully in Telugu, yet)
Are there any other social networking sites in Telugu? Add them in comments.
